Stake 5K.  We had about 50 people run.  It was a sunny nice day with no wind.  Just past the first mile there is a big hill to climb.  I got to the top of the hill tied with two other runners.  The youngster of us had had enough and started walking.  From then on I slowly gapped the other runner and won by about a minute.  I ran this one minute slower than last year

I forgot to get my GPS watch ready so I missed the first minute, but the three mile times I did record were.  6:51, 7:09, 6:18.

Lately I've had no desire to run fast.  I need to get my head adjusted.

Nice job on the victory Terry! Hey I understand the desire thing, I've had no desire to run fast since BCM in 2013!
