Tendon bum pain takes part of the fun out of running.
I would recommend to run the same mileage, but ease off the pace, do not try to do speed every day. Also, get off the treadmill if you can.
Once the tendon gets better, instead of increasing the pace, increase the mileage until you hit 50-60 miles a week. Then start adding tempos.
