Morning Run, Temp. 30'

Since I'm running less than 20 miles this week I thought I would run the miles a little faster. I wanted to do around 7 minute miles. After 6 miles I was at about a 7:05 pace. I didn't really feel like picking up the pace the last couple of miles but I could hear Tom's footsteps right behind me so I picked it up and ran a 6:30 & a 6:20 with the last 0.13 miles at a 5:40 pace.  I still didn't fell like I was able to shake Tom.  Actually I didn't see him but I felt like he passed me by.

It's a shame that I went from running 60 miles/week to about 40 miles total over the last 3 weeks.  Darn foot problem.

Time 56:08,  Mile avg. - 6:54

Yes Terry I'm afraid with 6:54 ave for the 8.13 I may have passed you by this week. Need to get those under 6:40 to get rid of me :)
