Morning run, St. George, Temp 37'

My good freind the moon was out for the morning run.  Maybe being at a lower elevation helps my running because I felt good again today.  Went and jogged the river path on an out and back run.

Dallas's team won their second game on Friday and needed to win their Saturday morning game to go to the finals but they lost 1-0.  Oh well it gave us just enough time to drive to Ephraim and head up the canyon and cut down a christmas tree and get home at 9:30pm.

Time 62:22,  Mile avg. - 7:31

Nice mileage on the week Terry. Looks like Kim's days of kicking your fanny may be over (for a while anyway)

It helped to have garmin telling me just how many miles I needed to get a 40+ mile week in.
