Morning run, Temp. 58'

There is something about going to St. George to run the marathon that is exciting even if you are partially injured and couldn't train properly.  Maybe it is the excitment of the unknown.  Anyway, I hope everyone has a great race and a fun time.

I'm right with you on the excitement of St. George. It's always a fun event.

I hope you get to the line pain free that day.

You got it right Terry. Looking forward to a great weekend with you and the family at the condo and at the race. Hope the running powers-that-be are kind to you.

Currently, I'm planning on running with Matt, a member of my Ragnar team that is running his 1st marathon and is hoping to qualify for Boston with a 3:20.

I feel like I'm in 3:10 shape but with the low mileage I'm guessing I'd cramp up like I usually do with low mileage. I'm hoping going at 3:20 will allow me to stay cramp free. For me this is a fun run and I'll be happy with whatever time I get. Unless Tom decides to race and then I'd probably challenge him so if he beat me it would be a real race.
