Morning run, breezy, temp. 50'

My legs were very sore yesterday and this morning.  Saturdays 13 mile run, flag football, rooftop Christmas light hanging and tilling the garden all added up to sore legs.  I took it easy this morning and it hurt the whole way.  I'm not sure if I'll be up for my Tuesday tempo run.  May have to delay it a day.

Time 49:10,  Mile avg. - 8:04

Way to get a lot done Saturday! Sore legs are worth it when you accomplished so much! Wish my Christmas lights were up!

Just take it easy tomorrow as well. Tempo run can wait.

Terry - didn't you know the rule about NOT bringing up Christmas lights on the blog! In fact generally let's just keep all those honey-do reports to ourselves.

Sorry, Tom. I forget the good woman is paying attention.

Really on Saturday I just play Flag football and watched football all day.

Football can be a killer. The last time I played, I could barely walk for a week.
