Morning run, cloudy, temp. 70+

Just enjoyed a nice morning run without the sun.  This was a high mileage week for me for no particutar reason.  I don't have anything really planned for races, however, I've been toying with the idea of running the Pony Express 50 miler.  If I do I'm going to have to start doing some longer runs.

Terry I've thought about a 50-miler too but figured I might as well wait until I'm 50. Guess that age isn't so far away anymore is it?
