Morning run, low wind, Temp. 25-30'

I decided to do a big loop I've been thinking of doing for a few months.  I was guessing it'd be between 13-16 miles.  The loop took me from 4,700 feet elevation to 5,200 feet and then it drops back down.  When I was half way done I was excited I was going to be dropping the rest of the way home.  I did a 7:01 and a 7:06 and then I told myself I'd better slow down because this is suppose to be a long slow run and I'm suppose to be working up to 60 miles a week without getting injured.

Time 1:51:50,  Mile avg. - 7:41  (Fastest mile 7:01,  Slowest miles 8:31)

Someday I hope I can say my fastest mile is the same as your slow mile!

Nice miles this week Terry! Another couple of 60 mile weeks and I'll bet your legs will start being very happy and (unfortunately for me) faster.

Any chance of you joining me for the SLC Track Club 10K on Feb 9th?

Are you signed up and committed to run it? I've been considering it, however, if I never run another race with you I'll always be able to say that you never beat me in a race.
