Morning run, temp 33'

Felt much better than yesterday.  Since I haven't been doing any kind of speed due to to many injuries I decided to do one mile at HMP. I think my body might be ready to do some HMP tempo runs.  My tendon-bum-itis is still around but mild.

Time 52:42,  Mile avg. - 7:32

Are you running Riverton Half this Saturday?

I haven't signed up yet but I've been thinking about it. I was waiting to see if my sore back went away and if the weather is going to be ok. Both issues seem to be fine. Maybe I'll sign up. See you there if I do.
