I went with our YW to camp.  The activity was going to Snowbird and playing around.  After doing the Apline Slide we went up the Tram which I think went up 2800 feet in less than 3 miles.  Anyway I decided to run down instead of taking the Tram back down.  It was great fun running through some snow and down some roads.  But I took some forks in roads that turned to trails at the end and had to quick hike down the rest.  It took me about 22 minutes to make it down the mountain.  My quads were killing me by the time I got to the bottom.  I forget I'm getting old before I make some decisions.
