Morning run, temp 69'

I decided to do a couple of quarters to see if I could improve upon yesterdays poor performace.  I ran a 78 & a 76 which is much better than yesterday but I should be doing them under 70.  Maybe I'll give it another try in a day or two.  It is a metal thing.  I'm not motivated enough to want to cause pain to my body.  With the WBR done and no marathons on the calendar and being busy with other things I've kinda lost motivation to stay in good shape.  Good thing I signed up for the Provo half or I'd be a couch potato by now.

Terry you know I think you could still get into TOU. If nothing else you should come run the SF 1/2 marathon on Sept 6. It's a relatively cheap race but they still have great prizes and pancakes after the race. And of course we would provide you a place to snooze/shower if you wanted to come the night before. You need to get motivated boy!!!

Tom, I can see that you are one of those evil people that want me to inflict pain on myself. However, I may consider the SF half.
