Morning run, windy, temp 33'

Bad report day.  My left heel feels like PF is acting up and just next to the ball of that same foot, close to where the middle toes connect, was aching.  To many injuries occur at +40.  Also, I just purchased a pair of Asics Landreth 4 and they have a stupid seam just under the inside ankle bone that rubs.  The seam is for cosmetic purposes only.  Landreth 3 doesn't have that seam.  Why does a good running company do stupid things.

Dang Terry sorry about the PF. Maybe that 17 miles yesterday got ya.

Bums me out about the shoe too. I've been using Landreth 3s for the last 6 months and I really like them. Don't know why the shoe companies always seem to have to piddle around and mess up a good thing. They did the same thing with the Gel 2x00 series last year.

At the 10K last Saturday, racing Tom, it felt like High School again. And whenever I go running pain free I always feel young.
