Noon gym

Another boring day in the gym.  10 min. on bike, 20 on eliptical.

Tanner goes into MTC tomorrow, he's a fun son to have around.  He will be missed.

Terry I feel your pain regarding being stuck in the gym. Big time bummer. I guess this injury you have must be fairly significant?

But I also feel your joy mixed with pain regarding sending your boy to the MTC. They are missed greatly while they're gone but it does make 1 day a week pretty exciting when that letter/email comes. And then when they come home they're all polished and shiny!

Hang in there with the gym workouts.

Where is your leg pain?

Tanner is going to be such a great missionary and you and Taunia are going to be a great missionary mom and dad!

Tyler's first night at the MTC he dropped his dinner tray all over! He said it went all over his shoes and pants. What a bummer. He made it through though and tomorrow will be nine months for him!

If I wasn't signed up for the SGM I wouldn't care about being sidelined as much.

Anyway, the pain is going down a bit due to being careful not to aggreivate it. I don't know what I have. It is a pain on the inside of my leg just below knee cap level. It doesn't seem to be associated with the knee at all. I can't tell if it is a tendon or some kind of stress fracture. I can't locate it by pushing on it, I have to be standing and moving or streching a certain way to feel the pain.

My boss is in town this week or I would have schedule a Doc visit. Maybe next week after I get back from Lake Powell.
