Lower backs are such a pain! I hope what you are feeling is just a simple ache and pain and not something that will get you down! You really are a trooper though! Through pain and travel and stress, you are out there running! Wish Taunia's knees would allow her to run with you. Does she still join you on the bike sometimes? It really is great couple time!
ALso Terry Kim and I might be running on the Jordan river trail Saturday morning sometime. Maybe we'll see you? I'm not sure what time we'll get out. We're going to a Jazz game Friday night (decent tickets in the lower section for once) then having a little weekend getaway staying at the Hampton on 45th which is right next to the trail.
The weekend sounds wonderful. I doubt you'll see me on the Jordan river trail on a Saturday. I do the trail on workdays during lunchtime but that's about it.
