Noon run, sunny, Temp 50'

It seems like my foot won't allow me to run far so I thought I'd run fast.  Did a tempo run ( 6:31, 6:22, 6:23, 6:21, 6:29).  I can tell my body is getting out of shape.  It didn't like the punishment.

To lose a religious testimony you quit attending church, praying, reading scriptures, etc....

I feel like I'm losing my running testimony.  I don't run every day, the new runners world came and I havn't read it yet, I only blog every few days etc...

Time 33:11,  Mile avg. - 6:25

Come on Terry, don't become an apostate runner!

I do know how you feel I think. Although I haven't felt this way for quite a while I do remember for a few months after my last SG marathon feeling like similarly beat up and burned out. I'm sure at some point it will happen to me again, I think it happens to everyone.

Hope you can find the right balance and regain your testimony.

I could tell you were doing tempo today, you looked pretty fast going by...

Maybe you should 1) clearly define your next running goal, 2) send in your registration and fee for the next race, 3) squeeze in a run every day, 4) read/post to the blog every day...

*plus* 5) listen closely because I think that's the sound of Tom catching up to you! (jk)
