Less miles a week means fresher legs at least until my fitness level declines due to reduced mileage.

Did mile 3 in 5:52.  It wasn't easy.  Maybe that 4-5 extra lbs since the marathon isn't a good thing.

Nice ave pace and nice 5:52 on mile 3 Terry. Hey don't worry about the gut I think you should try to add 4 or 5 more lbs by the end of the year.

Taunia wants me to add 10 more lbs. I don't plan on it but you never know how tempting the icecream will be.
