Noon run, sunny, windy, temp. 80'

I've pushed myself pretty hard this week trying to get right on the edge of running to much to fast for my conditioning.  My legs were tired but not sore so I pushed them again today.  I emailed the SGM and they emailed back and said I'm IN.  Big thanks to Larry!  I've been eating unusually healthy trying to do whatever I can to get ready for the big race.  I miss my evening bowl of Ice Cream.

Hey, I just realized that you are Coach Bean. You coaced my son, Braydon Nelson 3 years ago in Comp. soccer. I'll keep an eye out for you in SG. Good luck.

Michelle, or Braydon's Mom, I looked on your blog. You've been running well. Hope to see you at the SGM.
