Perfect race day!

I decided to race Mr. 7 and the 7 by 7 relay team.  I took Mr 7 out of the race by doing a 6:18 for the first mile.  I then just had to worry about the 7 by 7 team.  The last 3 miles were tough but I accomplished the goal.

Time 46:38,  Mile avg. - 6:40

Nice run Terry. You're getting in too dang good shape. At this rate by the Provo 1/2 marathon you'll be ready to do a 1:25. I was thinking I'd be pretty happy just to go sub 1:30. Worse yet I think by that time you'll be in the same AD as me.

Man, I'd love to run a 1:25 Provo City half, however considering I ran a 1:28:43 last year and I thought I did well, I don't see how I'd get a 1:25.

I'll probably run my final 40-44 AD run this Saturday then onward and upward.
