Noon run, Sunny, Temp 35'

I gave Taunia roses last night and she had the most wonderful loving look in her eyes, like for just a moment she forgot that we had 5 kids with one still in diapers and life was good.  Anyway she doesn't need to get me anything for Valentines day now.

Back to running.  I chose well to run at noon and not in the morning.  The road and Jordan path were plowed and mostly dry.

On Monday I stared wearing new Landreth 4s and by Wednesday I was haveing foot problems.  I put on my old Landreth 3s today and it felt much better, however, my foot is still aching a little.  I'm hoping that it will go away as I continue to run in the 3s without me having to take a sick day from running.

Terry - good man treating Taunia well, we will both do well if we remember to treat the wives good throughout life and beyond.

I'm bummed I just ordered some Landreths which I assume will be the new 4s. I'll have to see if they mess me up. If so I guess it's time to find a new shoe. Stupid shoe companies.

Good job on the roses Terry! It's always fun to have the hubby be a little sentimental now and then! Tell Tanner to take the kids out on a kid date tomorrow and you and Taunia can have the house to yourself for awhile! That's the advantage of having kids who can drive!
