On treadmill @ 1% incline for 30 minutes.  Hamstring tendons hurting after Wednesday run.  Took Ibuprofen last couple of days and legs felt great today.

Oh BTW I've about decided the hamstring/butt problem never goes away. About the only thing I haven't tried is not doing anything at all for 2-3 months. However I know people who have done that and it still hasn't completely got rid of it. I have found that if I at least keep my hamstrings as loose as possible by stretching daily, and also icing, I can still run at close to peak. On the bright side I think the injury has forced me to alter my stride so that I run more efficiently (i.e. higher turnover, less up-down action, shuffle step, etc. Oh to be young and limber again...(actually I don't think I ever was limber, but I WAS young).
