This Blog/Website is a good motivational tool.  Kind of like weightwatchers for runners because others will be able to see your workouts.

Terry - I noticed a pattern in your training that might have something to do with your injuries. You do not run enough easy miles. The ideal proportion in training is about 80% easy, and 20% hard. Yours is more like 90% hard and 10% easy. Running hard without a proper warm up alone just once could cause an injury.

You also seem to have a lot of passive rest. See if you can squeeze in some endurance training on a daily basis, even if that means putting a kid in the stroller and jogging a mile.

Thanks for the advice. My mentality has always been get out and run hard with a little stretching and very little warm up. I'll try to work into running 5-6 times a week.
