Tired from long week at work and playing basketball.
Felt good. My hamstings connecting to by bum didn't ache as much as normal. 35:00
Lunch run on Jordan river path. 35:30
On treadmill @ 1% incline for 30 minutes. Hamstring tendons hurting after Wednesday run. Took Ibuprofen last couple of days and legs felt great today.
30 minutes on the treadmill @ 1% incline.
This Blog/Website is a good motivational tool. Kind of like weightwatchers for runners because others will be able to see your workouts.
Ran/biked/stairstepped. Hamstring to bum tendons aching. I probably need a new chair at work or more padding. It seems that when I run at lunch-time that in the afternoon the tendons ache a lot more. Sitting down seems to make it worse.
Easy day on the river path at noon. 43 Minutes.
My body isn't use to training 3 days in a row. I've let myself get to far out of shape over the winter. I feel just a little worn down.
Played Basketball in the evening
Qtrs on treadmill @ 1% incline for 30 minutes
I tried to do two quarters at 12 mph but my legs got to tired and I didn't want to chance falling of the treadmill.

Tendon bum pain takes part of the fun out of running.

Ran 59 miles this month. The most since Aug06. I'll try for 80 miles in March.
