Morning run, Temp 40'

I lossened up my shoe laces and wore two pair of socks and took some IBuprofen and decided to get a few faster miles in.  My middle toe ball of foot pain which is either Morton's Neuroma or Metatarsalgia if I'm diagnosing the problem correctly wasn't to bad.  The problem is it doesn't feel like it will stand up to 60 miles a week of abuse.

Time 40:15,  Mile avg. - 6:42

Hey Terry, Take care of yourself and listen to your body. The one downfall I see in the blog is the pressure to do more than we should.

Yeah Terry what she said! Although I suspect some of Kim's comment may be directed to me.

Ya think?!

That pressure can be both good and bad...

Good running Terry.

You are right, Cal. It can be good and bad. In fact, I think it can be good and bad at the same time. Just so you all know, I really do support Tom in what he is doing with his running. Sometimes I think he's a little OCD but he's so cute that I let him get away with it.

So Terry how has the toe been doing this week?

Also I was wondering what you and Taunia decided about the June cruise?
