It was cold in Ephraim at 6:30AM. Ran up the canyon road. Elevation gain 900 feet. I wanted to see if I could get my legs going faster after all the slow running I've been doing. No better way than running down hill. The last four miles I averaged 6:13 miles, better than I expected.
