Morning run, cloudy, temp. 55'

We got 5 of the WBR "South Jordan Slackers" team on a run.  Don, John, Cheri, Taunia, and me.  We went and run around Daybreak lake.  Our team is about a 28 hour team and we start at 12:45.  I'd prefer starting earlier but that time will do.

Time 59:55,  Mile avg. - 9:35

Sounds like you'll have a fun WBR. What leg are you doing?

(I'm doing leg 6. We start at 1:30)

Cal, I'm doing leg #1. Maybe well see you at the start, and throughout the race. Our van has a fast runner for the 1st leg and last leg, all the middle runners are on the slower end of running. Don't pass us to soon in the race.

Team "2 Slow 2 Win 2 Dumb 2 Quit" will miss having you (and Tom) with us this year, Terry, but I hope you have a great time with the South Jordan Slackers.

We start at 1:00pm, and are projected to finish in about 26:45 (see how much we miss you and Tom). I'm runner 8 so I won't be at the start, but Verdon, Will, Steve and Ryan (and a couple of new guys) will be. Maybe I'll run into you along the way.

I ran the Utah Valley Marathon as a slow training run (3:50) Saturday. I'm feeling pretty good, but time will tell how smart that decision was. I hope I survive this weekend.

When you're considering next year's relay plans, please give some thought to rejoining us. We'd love to have you back.
