5PM run, Sunny, temp. 97'

The family went to Seven Peaks today and Dallas hadn't got as many miles as he should have because he let EFY and chasing girls get in the way of his running this week so we went running and a terrible time of day.  We would have waited until later evening but it is fast Sunday tomorrow and we wanted to get are fast started sooner than later.

Dallas got a side ache so the run went slower and shorter than planned.

So just because it is Fast Sunday doesn't mean it is Fast Saturday Night?....but slow is good too, especially since you guy's slow is still a lot of people's fast.

How was Seven Peaks? Were you at the SLC or Provo one? Was it way crowded? We haven't done much with our Pass of all Passes yet. We need to get out and have some fun!

We finally decided to use our Pass of all Passes. We went to the Provo Seven Peaks. The lines were on the short side before noon but then the lines started to get longer when general admission was allowed.

My definition of fasting is 24hrs without drink or food. So I like to start Saturday afternoon so I can eat not to long after I get home from church on Sunday.
