Decided to run to my sisters in Lehi who was having a family breakfast. My family drove. Woke up to light drizzle which was a good thing to cool down the temperatures. I thought It'd be around 60 with the rain but nope, it was still pretty warm. The run was nice and I did hit the Maverick in Riverton for a nice cool Gatorade.

The could cover was nice. Dallas wanted to do 10 miles so I talked him into an 11 mile loop I like. The pace was nice until Dallas got close to home, then he took off. He beat me by about 20 seconds.

Ran with Dallas and his two twin friends that are on the Bingham XC team. They needed 10 miles so we did my 11 mile Heriman High, daybreak loop I like. The last mile was in 5:55. I stayed with them until the last .2 miles then they really took off.
