Ran the Provo Temple to the Provo Tabernacle Temple run.  It was almost a 5K with about 300 feet of drop with the majority in the first mile. It was 80' at the start so I ran through a sprinkler and got my shirt all wet and also got my hat wet to cool me down a bit.

There was an incredible amount of people at the race. Maybe up to 10,000.  It helps that you can run it for free or pay $6 and get a shirt. I took off strong but held back just a bit.  I was pushing it the whole race but not to the extreme.  My legs never went into the pain mode.

Ended up with miles of 5:29, 5:58, 5:32 (5:50 pace), extended out it to a 5K time would be about 17:50.   I passed the 1st place woman with about half a mile left in the race, so I didn't get chicked.  Not sure what place I got, maybe 50th.  My entire family ran it but Cambrey.  Went back on the course and meet them.
