I've gained 5lbs since the WBR.  It was alot of fun eating but now I've got to get back to being good.

Welcome back from vacation Terry, sounds like you had a lot of fun (and lots of food). Hey I think it's just fine if you gained 5lbs, in fact I think you should gain 5 more before Provo River just for fun! I'm sure it won't slow you down at all.... :)

It's nice to get a break from the training now and then and enjoy eating out. I also gained about five pounds earlier in the month from a short vacation, but it's pretty much gone now. We'll look for you at the Provo Half.
