Morning run, temp. 25-38'

Ran from home up Butterfield canyon until the snow got about 5" deep then turned around.  Much colder up the canyon than in the valley.

Time 3:43:43,  Mile avg. - 8:55

Now if I could just do two of those 25 mile runs in a row at that speed I could get under 8 hours in three weeks at the Buffalo 50 miler. Not thinking that will happen.

Great job Terry! I think I'll shoot for around 10 hours or 12 min pace. On 3 more weeks!!
