I got to run 4 legs of the Ragnar WBR.  I was runner number 1 on team #432 - South Jordan Slackers.  Our team had a great time and I think most people want to do it again next year.  The weather was better for running compared to the last two years even thought it rained on us.  I'll take rain and 60' over sun and 90'.

#1 leg - 12:45PM - 5.1 miles, time 34:00,  Mile avg. - 6:40,  Mostly flat (Garmin didn't sink until half way through run.

#13 leg - 9:45PM - 8.50 miles, time 54:20,  Mile avg. - 6:23, One mile up and 7.5 miles down hill.

#25 leg - 8:30AM - 4.88 miles,  time 35:06,  Mile avg. - 7:11,  Slightly up hill.  I took it easy knowing I had to run another leg.

#35 leg - 3:30PM - 7.3 miles, Time 49:20,  Mile avg. - 6:45,  1.5 miles steep up and about 7 steep down.  I forgot my garmin when I swithed vans.  My quads were aching so I didn't push it due to fear of legs cramping up.

I think my team got 168 out of about 670 teams which puts us at the 25% mark.  We had six women but were regestered as a male team.  We started out with 7 men but one got injured a couple weeks before the race.

Our team had Taunia, Don, Andrea, Cheri, James, Julie, Chad, Matt, Abbi, John and Sue.
