Noon at gym

Did some weights, 5 min. on the bike and 2 miles on the dreadmill.  The same 2 mile workout in 14:15 keeps getting harder each time.  Those longer slower runs must help out.

I hope some of the weights I'm lifting helps a little with the upcoming running season.  Some weigths, 5 min. on bike, 2 miles in 15 min. on the treadmill.

Morning run, temp 32'

Had a good run, kept the pace going but not to hard because I had a ward ball game at 9AM.  The run was a good warmup because I scored about 16 points and helped our team to a win!

I think I got enough miles this week to equal Tom's long run.  When the snow melts I'm going to have to change that strategy.
