Noon run, Sunny, Temp 35'

I felt good today, I actually got enough sleep last night and yesterday was a rest day.  Anyway I was moving along the first couple miles at 7:20's thinking that I was going a little faster than I really needed to and then I spotted this white haired guy a 150 yards up the trail that was moving pretty fast.  The race instinct kicked in and I passed him after awhile.  He then stayed close to me so I picked it up a little more until I couldn't hear him.  By then it was to late and I just kept going fast.  The last mile was pretty tough.  Definately a good workout for January.

Noon at gym

Yesterdays run flared up the tendon-bum-itis.  At least I can still run.

Weights, 5 min on bike, 2 miles in 15 min on treadmill

Noon run, cloudy, temp 32'

I was hoping the sun would make an appearance but the clouds won out.  Another run where I pushed it.

Just wanted to run fast enough to beat Mr. 8.

I didn't run yesterday because the night before my heart was beating irregular for about 20 minutes.  It may sound strange to those that think I'm heartless, but it was a little scary.  I'm going to see the Doc today and see if he can make any sense of it.

Morning run, Temp 26'

The Doc said I seem to be very healthy.  They hooked me up and did a EKG? and it showed I have a low heart rate and a strong beat.  So I ran hard today.  The 1st mile was in 7:32 and then I was warmed up and really pushed the pace.
