Lossing weight is annoying.  I only ate 2 meals on Saturday and two on Sunday with a few healthy snacks inbetween.  However, it sure was fun putting on 10 lbs last fall but now I've got to pay.  Unfortunately I've still got 7 lbs to go.

1st day of shorts and short sleeved shirt.  I decided to make it my longest run of the year.  I could feel it by the time I was done.  I hope I keep getting in better shape before the Provo half in 5 weeks.

A nice warmer than normal morning.  My legs felt good for the 1st mile then they remembered that they were a little tired the rest of the way.

Just warm enough for short sleeves and shorts again.

The body felt good today.  I wish I always felt this good on my runs.  This was my longest run of the year.

The only problem is that my left heel started hurting a couple of days ago.  My tendon-bum-itis is always around but I'm kind of use to that problem.  I hate it when I start getting in good shape and uping my miles and then little dumb injuries start popping up.
