Qtrs on treadmill @ 1% incline for 30 minutes
I tried to do two quarters at 12 mph but my legs got to tired and I didn't want to chance falling of the treadmill.

Tendon bum pain takes part of the fun out of running.
41:00 on river path by work.
Ran 59 miles this month. The most since Aug06. I'll try for 80 miles in March.
Easy run on river path. Time 40:30. Didn't look at my watch during run. Tried to run easy with good form so tendons wouldn't ache.
