This was my 1st weekday morning run in close to a year.
I hit my goal of 80 miles this month this morning.
I ran 20 miles in December, 30 in January, 60 in February, probably 100 in March. Joining Sasha's site has helped with motivation and insight.
Easy 48:00 minute run. I didn't have any pep probably due to running in the dark for the first time in many months and getting up an hour earlier than I'm use to.
