Noon run, sunny, temp. 62'

Did some strides.  I feel like the faster I run the closer I am with flurting with injuries.

Late Afternoon run, Sunny, temp. 60'

After meetings at the Canyons Resort in Park City and before dinner started I headed straight up the mountain.  I think I climbed about 1,500 feet in 2 miles.  The first mile I ran it hard.  My legs took a beating.

Morning run, temp. 35'

Ran from the Canyons Resort up to Park City and back.  Very nice to be in the high mountain setting.  My legs were run down from yesterdays mountain run.

Morning run, sunny, temp 42-48'

My garmin was dead this morning after about 4 years of good service.  Sad.

I left my home at 6am and ran to the mouth of Butterfield canyon, about 8.5 miles and meet up with my WBR team.  We did 8 miles in the canyon and then I got about 1.75 miles before they picked me up and gave me a ride home the rest of the way.  I ran ahead of the group with Dallas in the canyon.

A lot of easy miles,  Time - 2:48
