Noon run, partly sunny, temp. 60'

My legs were a little tight from Saturdays run so I tried to be smart and kept the pace easier.

Noon run, mostly cloudy, temp 53'

It's not suppose to be 53 degrees at the end of May but it was a great tempurature for a jog.  Hip flexers need to loosen up.

Hip flexors still tight, I did some tenth of a mile strides to loosen things up.

Morning run, windy, temp 50'

The windy cool temperature always makes me run faster than I was planning because I feel like I need to hurry and get the run done and find shelter.

Mid-Morning run, partly sunny, temp 52'

Everything felt a little sore and tight.  But I just don't like doing the slow recovery type running that I should.

Morning run, cloudy, temp. 48'

I ran up to the mouth of Butterfield Canyon and back home.  It is only about a 800 foot elevation gain.  I carried an 8 ounce bottle of chocolate milk that I dropped of after 5 miles so I did get a drink at mile 12.5 on the way back.  The last couple of miles I was getting a little run down.
