Morning run, cloudy, temp 45'

I ran with Dallas.  He's signed up to run high school cross country this fall so he's trying to get in shape.  He ran 25 miles last week without a side ache.  Today when he finally goes with his dad for a run he got a side ache half way through.  He must not like running with his dad?  With a 1.5 miles left to go I went ahead.  I was sick of stopping and starting again hoping the sideache would stay away.

Nice day for a run, not as much get-up-n-go as I'd like.

Another day on the path.  I ran one mile in the Vibram sandals.  I'll see if I can work up to more without injury.

Our relay team did an evening run with our vest and headlamps to make sure everything was working properly.  Then we all had chocolate milk and rootbeer floats.  Yum!

Morning run, sunny, temp 50-55'

Ran up to Butterfield canyon which was 8.75 miles.  I got their about 5 minutes before the rest or our relay team drove up to do a canyon run.  We ran 4 up and 4 back down.  The 8.75 miles to the canyon was a gain of 800 feet.  The 4 miles up the canyon was a gain of 1,000 feet.
