Noon run, sunny, temp. 67'

Started out the run with a slight tendon ache on the inside of my left knee which is the norm.  I wish that would go away.  I hadn't had a fast day for awhile so I decided I'd try one today.  I ran miles 3&4 in 6:10 & 6:02.  I then changed into my running sandals and welcomed the 1-2 minute rest.  Ran 1 mile in the sandals.

Morning run, temp. 50'

Perfect temperature for a run.  My legs were a little sore from yesterdays run and I should probably have made this an easy recovery run but I really don't like going easy.

Noon run, mostly cloudy, some rain, windy, temp. 62'

The first mile is always the hardest, aches and pains need to get worked out and my running form doesn't feel right.  1 mile in sandals.
