Morning run, Temp. 54'

Great morning for a run.  Been busier than usual so I finally got out for a run and decided to do it fast (for me) which is under 7.  It felt good but I had to stay focused to keep the pace under 7.

It was a great honor to pass Chad and the Riverton/Heriman group going around Daybreak lake.

Morning run, temp. 58'

Camped out at Fire Fighters Memorial campground near Flaming Gorge for Youth Conference.  On Friday we went to the Vernal temple and then did a service project on the temple.  I got to go and be the camp Chef.  I cooked dutch oven for dinner and breakfast.  Yum!

Saturday morning I ran down towards the Damn and lost about 400 feet elevation in 1.5 miles and then came back.  I ran easy, my stomach was feeling a little funny.  The youth conference group then floated the first stretch of the Green river right below the damn.  It was fun.
