After a mile I did about a 150 meter stride and that must have pulled my right leg quad. Not to bad but it bugged me the rest of the run. Didn't do anymore strides today.

It rained the first 3-4 miles then it let up most the rest of the way. I was hoping to push a little harder today but the darkness and the rain took the fun out of it.
