Noon run, cloudy, temp. 55'

Today's run was to de-stress from work so I took it at a relaxing pace.  I'da probably picked up the pace part way through but the tendon-bum-itis is still lingering.

Morning run, sunny, temp. 35'

When I don't run almost every day I don't feel like pushing the pace when I first get out.  I took it easy until about a mile left then I put in one marathon pace mile that felt good.  I've been enjoying food lately.  I'm almost up to winter weight.  I've gained close to 5 lbs of insulation (fat).

about 38 minutes.
