Another great day for lunchtime running.  I kind of feel a little guilty that the skiers aren't getting much snow but we are having great weather for winter running.

Took it a little easier today cause I felt like I wasn't quit recovered from Saturdays run. Ran half mile in socks.

First mile in socks, then progressive incline run at 7.5mph moving the incline up every 0.1 miles from 4% to 6,8,10,12,15 then back to 2% incline.
