A nice day for the almost 5K Scandinavian Day run. I had a cold and didn't feel well at the start. Kenna, Bryan, James, Andrew, Ryan, Jamie, & Danny ran it.

Bob Blauer was ahead of me for the first half mile but after that my body decided to let me run even though I had a cold. I didn't pass James until about 2.25 miles into the race.
