Morning run, temp 41'
I thought I'd run the 2nd and 3rd downhill miles fast to see how I could do to get and idea of what I might expect for Saturdays 5k. I ran those fast miles in 6:15 avg. and I was glad I wasn't planning on doing a third. After about 4.5 miles my left quad started cramping up. I took a two minute stretch break and it was just fine the rest of the way.
