Morning run, temp. 55'

With running less miles this week it was a treat to have fresh legs for Saturdays run.  I ran easy for the first 10 miles with 8 of the 10 miles at 8+ minute miles and then pushed it in for the last 3.35.  (6:46, 6:31, 6:15)

Time 1:42:23,  Mile avg. - 7:40

Chad, I'm heading out at a 3 hour pace. Probably about 6:40's for the first 8 miles down the canyon. Slower than I expect you to go. If I'm feeling great at mile 16 I'll pick up the pace. I'm hoping to do the last half faster than the first half.
