Morning run, temp. 25'
Went 6.65 miles with my son Dallas and two of his friends Bryson and Jason. The ran an indoor trackmeet yesterday afternoon at the olympic oval and Dallas finally broke the 5 minute mile with a 4:58!! It was an easy run at about 8:05 avg.
I came in the house got a drink and some of the women from our WBR team were just heading out. I ran about 2.4 miles with them at about a 9:30 avg. Then I ran the last 4 in about a 7:15 avg. The sun finally made it up for my last half a mile.
My knee started hurting after yesterdays run. It didn't bother me today. Hope it doesn't come back to haunt me as I pick up the mileage this spring.

Morning run. Did 10 miles and then I went to the gym with Taunia and biked, weights and 2.5 more miles on the TM.
Ran the first 5 miles that is slight uphill in 7:36 avg. and really pushed the pace on the last 5 miles back home in 6:25 avg.
