Morning run, temp. 70'

You'd think the 1st day of September wouldn't be so hot in the morning.  I was thinking of doing 10 miles this morning but after my son Totaling the Mini-van last night and having a ward softball game at 8:00am this morning I decided to just do 6 miles before the game. 

The run went well.  I had good energy.  I didn't quite feel like I'd like to on a race day but still good.

Dang! Too bad about the mini-van Terry, hopefully everyone is OK (physically and mentally). I keep crossing my fingers hoping my boys don't crash a vehicle...so far so good but I know it's more likely to happen than not. Terry I'm sure you never got in any accidents when you were a teenager did you? (I think I already know that answer to that one;))

Terry today is one of those rare days where I actually kicked your behind over a similar distance. I outpaced you by over 30 seconds per mile.
